Jovan Franklin is a Kansas City Missouri-based photographer and pageant consultant with a focus on branding, marketing, public speaking, and walking/modeling. Jovan’s been in the world of broadcasting since 2009 when she graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcasting Journalism with a minor in marketing. Jovan is no stranger to the stage as she has held several titles in Pageantry as Miss Black Kansas 2008, Mrs. Essence 2010, and Mrs. Kansas US Universal 2016.  Pageantry led her into the world of fitness where she also placed 3rd runner up as a Bikini Competitor in 2017. 

Her love to help coach others came about when her daughter won her first national pageant title at age 6 and now holds 3 back to back national titles along with being a runway and print model and currently a social media influencer too!  with over to decades of pageant and on stage speaking experience, Jovan uses her knowledge of social media to enhance and cultivate platforms and has increased followings for clients, has helped provide them with brand collaborations, and many paid opportunities. Pageant Consultation-Dance Choreographer

Alyssa is a graduate from Penn West University with her degree in Business Administration and Business Management. No stranger to the stage as she has been a dancer for 23 years and spends her time training and teaching at her home dance studio Koza & Company. She has choreographed, judged, and worked with many dance instructors across the country and loves sharing her talents with others. Alyssa continues to work towards her dream of becoming a Radio City Rockette in New York City as she advanced to the Top 50 alternate list this year out of 800 dancers.

Alyssa has been a part of pageantry and has held many titles throughout the years. 2025 Miss Volunteer America 1st Runner Up, 2024 Miss Pennsylvania Volunteer, 2023 & 2022 Miss Pennsylvania USA 3rd Runner Up, NAM Miss Pennsylvania 2021 and 2nd Runner Up to National American Miss, 2019-2020 IJM International Miss, 2018 IJM Miss Pennsylvania. Alyssa’s motto is Aspire to Inspire as she spends a lot of her time working with her community and inspiring younger generations.
