Booking Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • Reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours before your appointment and completed within 7 days of the original session.

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours will forfeit the session.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their session.
